- Open Groups are places to share, laugh, learn, grow, support, interact, reach out and more.
- Pastor Ben leads and mentors the facilitor's forum consisting of current and emerging people who facilitate Open Groups.
- They, in turn facilitate an Open Group, or birth emerging groups through mentoring and discipleship.
- Each new person joining an Open Group, as well as being personally mentored in the group, prays for their families, friends and work colleagues who are non-believers.
- Any person in an Open Group is free to branch off with another person to begin another Open Group whenever they are ready.
- In our Open Groups, we seek to keep the emphasis always on the person and work of the Holy Spririt—not the programme.
- Open Groups employ a variety of ideas and activities for the purpose of connecting, building community, discipleship and reaching out.
